Proposal: American Integrity Insurance Group
Marketing Services

Dear T.J.,

Thank you for inviting me to provide you with a scope of services proposal for your present and future writing needs.

I reviewed your website over the weekend, and it appears that you do not have a blog or social media presence, both of which are critical in today’s digital marketing universe—especially in a market as competitive as yours. I’ve included options for these services as well as others in this proposal for your review, and I’ll be happy to discuss these and any other services more thoroughly with you at your request. Keep in mind, all services proposed herein are professional suggestions. You’re not obligated to purchase any services that don’t interest you, but they are all strongly recommended.

You can view my online portfolio for a full scope of my services and writing examples at http://ernstPR.com

Liz Ernst / ernstPR can provide American Integrity Insurance Group (AIICFL) with the following services:

Press release writing and revisions:

Liz Ernst will write, proofread, and/or edit press releases in professional AP Style to meet AIICFL needs. Writing services include research and expert search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to ensure maximum online visibility to reach your target audiences. Having written extensively for insurance industry clients, I can write comprehensive and informative press releases from scratch for you, or if you prefer to write them, I’m happy to continue editing them for you. The price is the same either way.

Press releases are written and formatted in professional AP Style to meet top journalistic standards, which increases your pickup opportunities among media outlets. All press releases must be reviewed by T.J. Smith and/or Bob Ritchie and approved before distribution. Any edits requested will be made promptly and a revised draft sent to you within 24 hours.

Press release distribution:

Upon request, your press releases can be formatted and distributed through a syndicated wire service for the best opportunities to be picked up and published by online and print media, targeted both by your industry and geographically. (Please note: distribution costs are not included in press release writing fee).

Within one week after publication, Liz Ernst will provide AIICFL with an analytics report showing where the release was sent and who picked it up, including links to the live release as it appears in various media publications.

Press release writing and/or editing fee – $125
Press release distribution fee: Please request pricing.

Content marketing services:

Blog writing:

Blog writing is essential to growing leads and getting your message out there to your target audiences. Businesses today operating without a professionally written, informative, consistently updated, and engaging blog cannot compete effectively.

Liz Ernst’s expertise includes researching and writing informative blogs that attract consumers looking for your products and services online. Through market research, staying abreast of trends, and working closely with AIICFL, I will create a menu of potential blog topics each month, based on a variety of trending industry topics and input from you, for you to review and approve. Each blog will be between 600-800 words and search engine optimized for maximum search engine visibility. A great blog, consistently replenished with new consumer-centric articles is considered one of the most important branding tools for engaging target audiences, who will return to your website and share blogs with friends and family on social media for viral dissemination. Blogs are always well-researched, informative, factual, and engaging in order to encourage readers to return to your website’s blog page for more. Your website content and blog content provide the critical first impression you and your organization present to potential customers. In addition to developing and writing professional and polished blogs, Liz Ernst will manage your blog site and post new blogs on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram (see below).

Four blogs will populate the blog upon its initial appearance, and Liz Ernst will add two- to three- new blogs monthly to keep traffic (and search engine crawlers) moving your visibility up.

Social media development and management:

New social media pages will be created and populated to build a continuous stream of information to the millions of consumers that make up social media audiences. Liz will personally develop, craft, and add new social media posts on all AIICFL social media pages at least three times weekly to attract and maintain target audience attention. Each post will be branded with the AIICFL logo, web address, and contact information. Liz will create social media posts in advance and submit them to T.J. Smith and Bob Ritchie for approval until such time that you feel comfortable trusting me to post social media updates without pestering you for approvals. Social media posts will highlight AIICFL products and services, provide informational nuggets on relevant industry trends and news, and include links to newly published blogs on your website.

Website content writing and revisions:

Liz Ernst will review the AIICFL website routinely and offer recommendations for content revisions, search engine optimize (SEO) content for increased online visibility, and make sure the site is error-free and engaging at all times. Website content must be polished and professional, contain current information (dated copy can be disastrous), and contain absolutely no errors (spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.)—not only to earn target audience trust and approval, but also because search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo! penalize websites that contain outdated information and errors. Content quality is essential to increasing search engine rankings and maintaining them.

Website content and SEO revisions will be made only upon prior approval from AIICFL, and will be performed using Best Practices standards for search engine ranking and maximum audience engagement.

Misc. writing, proofreading, editing, professional bios, and content development projects (including white papers) will be completed upon demand.

Turn-around / deadlines:

I am extremely meticulous when it comes to meeting deadlines, and I provide the fastest turn-around possible on all projects—usually 24-48 hours depending on the volume of work needed. I will always confirm your target turn-around time upon accepting a project.

Fees:

Blogging and social media fees for services described herein: $200 monthly.

Website content management and revisions: $25 / hour. Work is monitored through a commercial time tracking platform that provides an accurate accounting of every minute billed.

White papers, brochure content development, proofreading, editing, and other content development projects are also billed at $25/hour.

Invoicing:

ernstPR will invoice AIICFL upon acceptance of each new flat-fee assignment. Work commences upon payment of invoice(s). Invoices for hourly billing will be submitted weekly, reflecting hours completed for the previous week. Work continues on hourly projects upon payment of the previous week’s invoice.

Payments are made through Paypal. Invoices have an embedded payment link making payment convenient and automatic. Client does not need a Paypal account to make payment. Payment can be made using any debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover.) All payment information is encrypted and guaranteed safe.

If you wish to discuss a monthly retainer fee in lieu of an individual project payment scheme, I’d be happy to discuss that option as well.

Again, thank you for inviting me to submit this proposal for writing and marketing services. If I have forgotten any information on projects not mentioned, please feel free to email me, and I will get back to you quickly. I am looking forward to working with you in the near future.
